- Provide proactive HR consulting support, advice and solutions to the Qwegle’ business (HR Advice & coaching, Workplace Investigations, Employment Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning, Remuneration Advice, HR Sales & Bid support, Organisational Change including Redundancy Management)
- Support the delivery of the HR strategy and priorities within the business
- Support the delivery of India and local business strategy, priorities and initiatives
- Implement corporate HR rollouts, initiatives and processes
- Lead and support HR Projects (both Global and Local)
- Support Inclusion & Diversity priorities & initiatives
- Facilitation of training programs and other learning & Talent Management development
- Continually develop a strong understanding of Qwegles’ business and current and future activities/challenges – drive HR priorities and solutions accordingly
- Work with HR team members to provide seamless HR support to Operations
- Attend and actively participate in Operations forums and leadership meetings \ to ensure human resources issues are proactively identified, understood and addressed
- Play a lead role in educating the business on HR processes, policies and systems to ensure fair and equitable application
- Undertake necessary HR Reporting and analysis of HR metrics to drive solutions
- Partner with leaders to provide commercially astute people management advice to managers across the full range of HR activities (i.e. hire to retire)
- Support the Payroll team to resolve employee pay issues where required
- Mentor and actively work to develop less experienced HR team members
- Other duties may be assigned to you within the scope of your role and as directed by the HR Delivery Partner
Here’s What You’ll Need
- 2 – 5 years of Experience in HR Generalist or HR Consultant role is required
- Any Graduation + MBA(HR) is required
- Work Location would be Remote / On-Site
